Layla still couldn’t believe that she’s finally made it.
As the siren finally took her first steps on the surface, she immediately felt a deep and strong connection with the flora surrounding her. She still remembers the first thing she saw as her blinded sight was finally illuminated by the sun: A wide and beautiful field filled with all kinds of flowers and plants, and from that exact moment she knew what she was going to do in this world, she knew what her purpose was going to be. She was already strongly attached to the Echo Flowers, and The Waterfalls’ plants, but as she stepped on the surface a whole new world of greenery and colors was revealed to her, and she wasn’t going to give up on it.
It took her an awful long time to finally be able to open her own Flower Shop, she had to take care of many things and had to pay quite a lot of gold to make her dream come true, but after a long wait and hard work she finally reached her goal. After putting so much effort into opening this shop, Layla was going to give the best of herself and make sure all of her plants were looking beautiful and healthy for their costumers, the only thing she hoped was that her costumers were going to treat her plants as rightfully as she did. After all, if someone wanted to buy a plant or a flower, they couldn’t just leave it to die without any love and care.. right?
Between all of these greenery coming from the “human world” were a few Echo Flowers. Oh, the things she had to do to make sure they survived on the surface, she had to ask help to many different monsters. To her surprise, it was indeed possible to make an Echo Flower survive on a different ground but.. it had to be treated with extreme care, and had to be watched almost all the time. For them to have grown so strong, the siren definitely poured all of her heart and soul on this job.
.. She only hoped that humans were going to do the same, those Echo Flowers were the only thing that kept her memories of The Waterfalls alive, and she would never forgive herself if she handed them to a careless person. She knew very well that once an item is bought, the costumer is free to do whatever they desire with it.. but still-- it wouldn’t feel that good.
As the little siren watered her plants, she stopped immediately once she heard her shop’s little bell ringing, informing her that a costumer had just walked in. A warm smile appeared on the girl’s lips as she kindly greeted the stranger.
“Good morning, how may i help you?”
