One is the Loneliest Number || Bram x Liv

Valentine’s Day was always awkward. She never had anyone to spend it with, and felt as though it were an imposition to try to spend the day with someone. Not to mention she hadn't had anyone she'd felt comfortable enough with to even broach the subject to in several years. Corporate candy and jewelry companies had worked hard to associate the day with romance as a marketing ploy to sell candy and diamonds.

And it had worked. The sheer number of stuffed bears alone that flooded Liv’s field of vision as she walked towards the pawn shop was nearly enough to give her a mild phobia. Not to mention the number of people out and about was starting to make her wish she’d not had this crazy idea in the first place.

She opened the door to the shop and glanced about a bit, before calling out only slightly louder than her usual, “Bram? Are you in? Ehm… it’s Liv. It had been a bit, so I thought I’d pop round to see how you were.” She’d also brought a blackberry covered cheesecake, so she rather hoped he was in. It would need to be refrigerated.
