“I’ve become used to it, it’s just seeing them start to freak out makes me think someone in the lab is playing with the atom splicer again on high. Don’t worry about it.”

“If anything it’s can be the door bell to tell me you’re coming so I can welcome you accordingly.” He smiled.

There was a citywide alarm and a message that a wild Predacon was raging around town, destroying everything it saw. In reality, it was just a timekeeper chasing a Herald of Unicrons that only he could see. Again and again he attacked the herald as soon as he attacked the civilians. He could not use his abilities here because the Herald had blocked them beforehand. Suddenly he became careless and the Herald swung out. He threw the Predacon into a laboratory, where he was then passed out.

“What in the world!?”

Most of the time the noise outside the lab wasn’t much of Quark’s concern, given the construction daily in restoring Cybertron after the war. Even when the city was under a lockdown the safest place he could be is staying in the lab and not running around cus of mechs bawling in the streets. But still...As he was about to mix in some solvents in a test tube, it took all of Quark’s precise quick skill to catch the test tube that almost fumble out of his servo from the first few larger rumbles outside that shook the lab’s core.

And then promptly dropped the tube when a large beast was throw through the lab’s viewing glass panels of the lobby.

Sheer panic for Quark today as he ran in there to see the damage and started screaming.
