Windosill - Blast Review
Developer: Vectorpark Inc Rrp: £1.99 (Steam) and £2.49 (Humblebundle)
This is one of those titles where I ponder a question that usually I have the answer to very easily. Is this really a game? I know that sounds silly, especially since in previous reviews I consider titles to be games that most would rule otherwise. But in this case I honestly can't be certain, to me this title feels more like a child's toy than an actual game. So... what’s the aim of Windosill? Well your trying to get a little car through the door on the right side of the scene you're presented with and that’s about it. There are ten different scenes that you'll be guiding the car through, each with its own fairly simple puzzle to work though.
As I said, to me this title feels like a child’s toy, and I'm going to consider it as such. And since I'm now looking at this as a child’s toy I have to say I think this makes for a great one. Its not something an adult will really gain any pleasure from, but a toddler would love it. Its available on both the Android store and Itunes.
I just need to say, in Phil’s newest video, he played a game made by one of my favourites animators, and my all time favourite game is Windosill, by VectorPark. Just if anyone wanted to know what the creator was, and also I recommend Windosill, it’s the best!!
I know you all resolved to procrastinate less in the new year and I completely support that. I’m just going to leave this link here but you definitely shouldn’t click it, especially if you hate fun.
