Given the fact that Lorraine Toussaint plays Vee in Orange is the New Black and also voices Shadow Weaver in the She-Ra reboot, I've been waiting to see some videos of Shadow Weaver with Vee's lines
OITNB Rewatch
So I have been re-watching oitnb. Finished season 2 last night. I cannot stop thinking about how perfect that last episode was. Rosa, this badass old lady dying of cancer gets to run away like its one last heist, i had actual tears in my eyes. And then my god, the fact that Vee gets hit like that just gives me the satisfaction of revenge that I knew Red wasn’t gonna get the chance to have.
I'm watching season two & I forgot how fucking amazing Vee is as a character? Like honestly, I don't often see a show with a villain that genuinely makes my stomach churn & makes me anxious despite the fact that I've seen this season three times now. Big kudos to Lorraine Toussaint.
