I’ve had three separate messages from people who seem unimpressed that there’s a Vegan Week. I’m enjoying it - it reminds me of when they did the Free From Week; it’s just interesting to see the bakers having to adapt their usual knowledge and tricks - in a way it shows us how much knowledge and skill they actually have! 

Also I’m really enjoying Jon’s shirt.
