Horribly sad news. I loved Luis on his series - he was so sweet and such a talented baker. That series is remembered for a lot of crazy moments, but Luis was always a steady presence in the background, doing his thing and doing it brilliantly. RIP.

What I’m getting from this judging is that no matter how you mess up bagels they will still taste good.

I was laughing so loudly at Matt’s face after Rowan said “I think in inches” that I missed what Rowan then said to make Matt make the face again.

I enjoy how often Matt makes Noel genuinely laugh.

Bake Off Bingo - Bread Week

Wanted to post this this afternoon but I can’t get on Tumblr at work and I had to stay late so have just got in! Sorry. Thanks to @trixiefranklxn​ for suggesting the Sura square (if anyone else has ideas for Baker-Specific squares, let me know!)

Literally completely forgot Bake Off. It’s been one of those days filled with micro-annoyances and stresses and I’ve been completely out of it since I got home. Sigh.

I think I’ll watch it tomorrow. Hope it’s a good one!

Peter wanted Star Baker SO MUCH. So I’m happy for him. 

But WTF how did Loriea get kicked out ahead of Marc or Linda???

Oh poor Sura - she’s so clearly absolutely devastated by the accident. 

I feel like upside-down pineapple fritters could become a thing though.
