Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1 teaspoon salt. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1/2 cup chopped black olives. 1 cup vegan cheese, shredded. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C and grease a loaf pan. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add almond milk and olive oil to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in chopped olives, vegan cheese, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried thyme until evenly distributed. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
