I finished a major project yesterday and I feel so great about it. Only 3 more big assignments to go and finals and i’m free....for a few weeks.
next semester is trig, more chem, art, and dance. a well rounded 12 unit semester.
Gonna lift heavy stuff today and work on my gainz!

we did a rest and pause set. So super heavy reps, just one at a time. My spotter was all about pushing me, it was great. I was nervous I couldn't even get that close with my squats, but by the end I realized I could have done #30 more easily.
