Artichoke dipping sauce
When dipping tender artichoke leaves into something yummy, melted butter is the obvious choice. However this amazing sauce is so good, the butter played second fiddle last night.
Artichoke dipping sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix all ingredients together in a glass or ceramic bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Chill for at least one hour.
