Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper. 1/4 cup grated carrot. 1/4 cup chopped parsley. 1 egg. 2 tablespoons tomato paste. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, carrot, parsley, egg, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan, pressing it down evenly. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is browned. Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
