I haven't posted something horrifying like this in a long time but feel sometimes people can be pushed to change when they see the truth. 💡 Saturday I went to a neighborhood barbecue where everyone had chicken on the grill. 😪 I have a beautiful little flock of pet chickens I have rescued. I love them as much as I love my dog or cat. 🐓 It is painful for me to watch others make decisions that brutally harm other living beings out of ignorance, tradition or just because "I like the taste." Humanity has done many things in our past that have been hurtful and wrong. But we continue to evolve beyond choices and mistakes of past generations. Perhaps the pain and horror of watching this video might make you take that step to stop killing animals for food. There was once a time when this brutal behavior was one of our only means of survival. However, that is no longer the case and it is time to leave it behind, like we have left behind so many other brutal practices of those days. Let's evolve together.
