GM DIET DAY 2
Sooo here's the breakdown for Day 2- Veggies: -1/2 of the following mix: 2 baby bell peppers (b/c the town im studying in in italy only does baby or giant, not regular though for some odd reason), clove of garlic, half of a baby onion, four baby tomatoes, and 1/2 can of washed garbonzo beans (i hope beans count as veggies). -one carrot as a snack -salad made of mixed lettuces, three baby tomatoes, a baby bell pepper, and a cap of balsalmic vinegar (didnt have the approved vinegars 😁). Probably side salad sized. -3 liters (12 cups??) of water -1 cup of black coffee -2 cups of chamomile tea Soooo it has been a really weird day. I have been feeling sick, delirious, jittery, shaky, a little nauseous, and on the verge of a panic attack all day. I don't think it had to do with the diet (definitely dont think so because when i looked up foods to help with anxiety/panic attacks, it said leafy greens and just generally veggies, which was what today was. Also i wouldn't normally have had tea, but that specific one also came up as something to relieve anxiety, and let me tell you, it helped big time. So don't think it was the food. I would have eaten more but I've been at that weird place where my stomach is kind of growling but at the same time i feel like if i eat i will vom, soooo that's why i haven't actually had all that much today. I probably ate the equivalent what would normally be one entire meal for me today, maybe even less than a meal. So that was crazy, but i partially blame it on whatever is stressing me out. I also came to realize though that i just blindly snack way too much bc i like the flavor of something, not bc im hungry. Bc when all you have to eat are veggies and thise veggies are the last thing you want to eat, you arent really in the mood to snack. So that was a good to figure out. Still not weighing in though because I am used to pounds and I think seeing little to no variation in the kilos will be disheartening, so I am trying to wait until the end. Catch yall tomorrow. Ciao!
