Tomato pickle by Bhavani Mahila group made with wholesome fresh tomatoes picked in the summer season. The tomato pieces are not ground but left whole and chunky. The pickle has a unique balance of spice and tanginess with the flavors of fenugreek and garlic. This pickle goes well with steamed rice with a dollop of ghee.
