I was inspired by @johnnysjoys soup so made soup :) includes red pepper, courgette, mushrooms, sweet potato, tomatoes, sweetcorn, carrots, aubergine, spirolina powder and left over cooked spaghetti. Most of the veg was cooked in the soup, seasoned with fresh basil, fresh garlic, bay leaves, thyme, mint, marjoram, coco powder, turmeric, smoked paprika, chilli flakes and red wine. The rest of the veg was fried in olive oil, peri peri sauce, garlic granules and cinnamon then added to the soup.
