Guess who figured out a name for the newest arrival by asking their housemate what to name a "90s monstrosity skater/surfer dude who unironically says wiggidty wiggidty what's up dawg?", going down a rabbit hole of a supposed guy in his late teens early twenties who's favorite game was Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2 and at work, sure, he goes by his middle name James cause like hell he's going to let anyone shorten his first name to Billy like his mom did when he was tiny, but anyone who's actually known him since middle school and his obsession with that specific game 110% knows his younger brother called him out on his favorite character with "Okay, let's see what you got,

This gazpacho is quick and easy to make, and it tastes great. It's great for a light but filling meal. This tasty soup is made with fresh vegetables and tangy seasonings. It's great for hot days or a quick, healthy dinner.

Ingredients: 6 ripe tomatoes, chopped. 1 cucumber, peeled and diced. 1 red bell pepper, chopped. 1 small red onion, finely chopped. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 4 cups tomato juice. 1/4 cup red wine vinegar. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon sugar. 2 teaspoons hot sauce adjust to taste. 2 cups croutons for garnish. Fresh basil or cilantro leaves for garnish.

Instructions: In a blender, combine chopped tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and garlic. Blend until smooth, adding tomato juice gradually to achieve desired consistency. Pour the mixture into a large bowl and stir in red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, black pepper, sugar, and hot sauce. Chill the gazpacho in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to enhance flavors. Serve in bowls, garnished with croutons and fresh basil or cilantro leaves.

I couldn’t think of anything better to make on the first rainy day of fall this year except Chicken Noodle Soup. I used @mrsvitale recipe for it, and while it’s more time consuming, it’s “the best chicken noodles soup I’ve ever had,” according to my family. I started by roasting the chicken, which is a game changer for ANY chicken noodle soup, let it simmer low for a couple of hours, making my house smell amazing and added the homemade noodles I made a few days ago and dinner was served with the bread a made this morning. I was inspired by @johnnysjoys soup so made soup :) includes red pepper, courgette, mushrooms, sweet potato, tomatoes, sweetcorn, carrots, aubergine, spirolina powder and left over cooked spaghetti. Most of the veg was cooked in the soup, seasoned with fresh basil, fresh garlic, bay leaves, thyme, mint, marjoram, coco powder, turmeric, smoked paprika, chilli flakes and red wine. The rest of the veg was fried in olive oil, peri peri sauce, garlic granules and cinnamon then added to the soup.
