Rhubarb and Ginger Jam. I have been looking for other uses of the rhubarb that pops up each year in the garden, so I tried making rhubarb and Ginger Jam. Exciting news!!!

I've decided to grow veggies. Not all veggies but two or three. My friends Dad has started making me some raised beds to grow them in (have to keep the baby and puppy out) so now I just need to figure out what to grow. 

Any ideas? Lowest maintenance possible is best!
