8. what’s your comfort film?

PACIFIC RIM !!!! i know this is the dorky film that every annoying tumblr user 2013-2016 did not shut up about. but i am that demographic ❤️ i think whenever i am down i know i can watch a film that is based on love and hope and feel even a little better, that in itself feels like a comforting thought 🫶 also. cool robots and hong kong !!!!

it is a film described as a love letter to science fiction, which i agree with!! but it's also a love letter to me :-)

26. which movie made you think the most about life?

not to be the most basic bitch on the planet but definitely it's a wonderful life..... it always makes me cry (shocking) but i think there is so much to feeling like nothing is going your way and you can't get what you want but it blinds you to how many people love and think about you.... each man's life touches so many other lives, when he isn't around he leaves an awful hole, doesn't he .... i will throw up.

40. a film you think everyone should see at least once

the blues brothers!! not only a remarkably funny film with absolute icon carrie fisher being my hero BUT it features several of the most talented musicians/singers from the 20th century (including none other than THE aretha franklin!!!!). endlessly quotable. every fucking song is a BOP it needs to be viewed. by everyone. mandatory.
