Hey there! Sorry for the lateness, work has been keeping me tired and cranky aha.

Thanks for the ask! I'm just going to do short headcanons for each of these instead of full drabbles, I hope that's okay.

Nailah/Rafiel: Like a proper heron, Rafiel becomes very ill when distressed. To try to prevent Rafiel from falling ill, Nailah watches his moods very carefully, and if she thinks he's in danger of becoming emotionally overwhelmed, she drags him away for emergency snuggles. She turns into a giant wolf and lets Rafiel bury his face into her fur. Sometimes, if he's really anxious or depressed, she even licks him all over his face until he's covered in slobber because it's a surefire way to get him to laugh.

Naesala/Leanne: As a child, Naesala was much kinder, but he still had a streak of mischievousness in him. He was in the habit of stealing any baked goods or sweets that he could get his hands on, both because he had a sweet tooth, and because Leanne had an even Bigger sweet tooth, and she would thank him in the cutest smallest voice whenever he presented her with his stolen goodies.

Sothe/Micaiah: Although they made most of their money through Micaiah's fortune telling, Sothe was quite skilled at pick-pocketing. Micaiah didn't approve of it, but if they were every super low on cash, she would turn a blind eye when Sothe robbed from some wealthy passerby on the street. Occasionally, Sothe would even swipe a gift for Micaiah, if he saw something he knew that she coveted. And although she scolded him for it, she never threw away the gifts, and instead treasured them above all else.

Pelleas/Micaiah: On the night of Pelleas's coronation, there was a rather lavish party in Nevassa. Micaiah attended despite her reservations. It took Pelleas nearly the entire night to gather the courage to ask Micaiah for a dance. She had wanted to refuse, considering that he was now the King, but he insisted. In truth, their one dance didn't last very long, and they were both too flustered to say anything, but both of them cherish the memory.

Working on Propaganda for Round Two of the tournament.... Thought I'd revisit Vellatra's original design from 2011.

I did repeatedly die of cringe looking through that old sketchbook BUT! Somehow, like Palpatine, I returned XD Hope you like the remake!

Hmmmm hmmmm like signature "stuff"? Well there's the firepower, the streak in her hair, and her heart necklace that Lucard bought for her and she never takes off? Would those count? If you're talking more thematic "motifs"... ANGST. XD

22. What's holding her back from achieving her goals?

Her ultimate goal is to have a whole and happy family. There's... a lot holding her back from that. The truth is being hidden, by people she doesn't even suspect. Her country has given her a monumental task, and it takes up so much of her time, that she often switches her goal to simply "survive this," "make it through that." Loved ones have actually died. She - and the other surviving members of the family - have a lot of emotions to process. She's so busy, so unaware of things, and so far in over her head, that she barely knows where to start with chasing her goals anymore. This might be why she's depressed....
