A fun Friday night once meant going to the velodrome to watch cyclists collide.

Wonderful article about how the sport of track cycling - 6-day racing and the like - has vanished from the sports people used to be excited about, vanishing from the US popular (un)conscious in the process.

I’m mostly frustrated about how some people call me a hypocrite or a piece of shit while pointedly ignoring what I’m saying but there are also so many people thanking me for speaking up which makes me really happy. Encino Mornings.

Went to the velodrome this morning to race in the Junior's Concrete Jungle Event but it started raining. I basically wasted 5 bucks getting there on the fucking metro to go to a canceled event. It was cool regardless. I always meet great people at Encino regardless. I wish Encino was indoor like ADT but didn't have the douchebags that ADT has.
