Court Claims and Vendor Disputes Involving Jordy Weinrauch
The attached debtor search is just the tip if the iceberg. Jordy Weinrauch has screwed over numerous sub-contractors who worked under the Progressive banner in 2019 for excess of $200,000. Litigation proceedings against him from multiple vendors are in progress but with the current Covid-19 situation the court schedule is erratic at best. Anyone who allows him to present any type of proposal should be forewarned that they are getting into bed with a true scam artist.
