While wallowing in the underworld after Jason's death, Nico is assigned a task: deal with the intruder. Alabaster has been bothering the underworld representatives for months trying to get to Ethan. In the resulting tussle they decide to team up and bring their...friends(?) back to life. Meanwhile Ethan and Jason are watching from Elysium, trying to help them move on but struggling with their residual feelings. But they will get them together. Even if it...kills them?

Also have some little chibi sketches. The top : Ethan: I tsundare’d too close to the sun! And Jason: I friendzoned too close to the sun (this does not actually happen in the fic but it might as well hav)

On the bottom is Nico and Al dancing in their overly elaborate dresses and Charon asking for a tip for the ferry ride. Nico thinks: memo to self start an underworld union.

We listened to the song Electricity by Sadye, and it got us thinking about an AU where ghost Jason and Ghost Ethan fall for eachother while matchmaking their living bfs (Nicobaster)

Dying so the main character can't get that sweet sweet goal/character development. Just wanting tk make things right for their people and Godly beings. I'm now going insane over vengeful lightning (Ethan X Jason) so! Here's some hcs.

Jason isn't a big fan of coffee but he'll make himself a hot chocolate and sit beside Ethan in the mornings while Ethan CHUGS his coffee.

Jason does actions to show his love so whenever Ethan is struggling to find things Jason will spend the rest of the day hunting for it. (Usually ends up buying a new one and they find it the next day)

Ethan shows his affection through touch (he's not the best at doing it through words) so he'll just randomly link his pinky with Jason's or nuzzle or press his forehead and nose against Jason's or just stand beside jason close enough that their shoulders are touching.

Jason thought he was the big spoon but was quickly corrected.

Jason and Ethan both have insomnia so they have a nightly routine of take melatonin, putting on a simple cheesy romance movie, talking shit about the movie while in bed until they both end up falling asleep (usually takes 2 1/2 movies for them to fall asleep.)

Ethan gets very protective over Jason during battles if someone so much as touches a hair on Jason even if it's sparring Ethan is ready.

Jason trusts Ethan enough to know that Ethan can hold his own in a fight (even without powers) but if Ethan good eye twitches or he breaks a sweat Jason it immediately at the ready.

Jason uses swords and Ethan uses knives.
