Okay, it’s [ East of the Sun and West of the Moon ], it’s a type of “search for the lost husband” fairytale (which i’m also starting to plan an mdzs au fic for! but like ... i’m in the middle of moving so it’ll be like ... a while before i do anything, lmao). but read it!! it’s so goood. my fav retelling is [ East by Edith Pattou ]. 

Nie Huaisang: Do you find joy in learning? i think so?? i love learning but used to find it super frustrating unless it was smth i rly liked. i think it depends on how i’m learning it and if it’s interesting :S i rly want to learn stuff! but ... u know. it’s difficult
