he does help me with german!!!! tho i do happen to already know a little bit myself!! i pirated a language program on my computer when i was 15 lmfao and learned some of the most basic words and such, so not a whole lot but i am at least familiar. i definitely pick it back up tho after meeting him and it’s soooo much easier with a native speaker to practice with!!!
we do also play soccer together sometimes <3 he obviously has to chill out a little bit for my sake but i’m not TOO horrible. at least for just fun little 1v1 matches or w/e
i wanted to play soccer really badly when i was a kid actually and my parents let me go to one little practice thing before they decided no LOL so i mostly kicked stuff around by myself in the backyard </333 which is….. pretty much exactly what he did too now that i’m thinking about it 😭😭😭 hshdjdjdjd but i have a lot of fun playing with him now!!! i really love games and sports and even tho he’s obviously way better and kind of struggled at first to not completely destroy me, he has fun too. i try to at least do okay enough so that he isn’t totally bored lmao
as for cooking, i don’t think he really actively knows how to do much but he he has some potential imo. like he used to mostly have to make do with whatever scraps he could get and then eventually got put in an environment where everything was mostly probably made for him, but i do think he has the right kind of creativity to cook well if he were to give it a shot. he would even get creative with some of his scraps as a kid 🥲 lol but i also don’t think he’s particularly nit-picky for that very same reason so he wouldn’t necessarily care TOO much about perfect recipes or anything like that. it’s not his greatest concern.
he’s kinda like me in the sense where i can cook pretty damn good if i want to/have the time/resources, but like…… i also don’t give much of a fuck 😭 LOL so the two of us sort of just make random shit up sometimes that sounds really good to us. we’ll tweak the fuck out of some recipes and also take shortcuts when we can wkejdjdjdjd but everything is still pretty tasty!!!! at least to us as two individuals who are not really “foodie” types. so yeah i’d say there are definitely some comfort meals that come from it!!!
i think he’d probably like some soups i can make or my chili!! and even tho i’m quite the picky eater, most of my simplicity doesn’t particularly bother him because he doesn’t really care one way or the other. he’s lowkey just grateful someone has made him something, and he also learns to do the same in return. he remembers all my little preferences and does his best!!!
