Chapter 1 page 3 :: Lucea and Haguma’s first interaction.
He wanted to fight the Noros, and kill them if even just one. Because he simply cannot forgive what they did to his innocent sister.
“… Though.” Haguma muttered to himself. No matter how much he wanted to kill them, he knew that he was powerless. He wasn’t a mage that was able to set flames out of nothing, or do some other witchcraft. He was just a simple, powerless young brat that couldn’t even land a scratch to the Noros if they were to appear.
“Haha… Just how pathetic can I be?” He told himself as he waited for the traffic lights to go green at the crossing. When the lights finally light up for him and he crossed with some of other people, he suddenly felt a strange vibe that flowed through him.
Like a moth attracted to light.
He quickly turned around to seek for the thing that is giving out that vibe. But he couldn’t pinpoint where it came from. He was stuck in the crossing and there were quite a few people to pinpoint where it is coming from.
Haguma didn’t think twice and started to give a chase, passing through the crowds and into the shops streets. He turned around, trying to guess where the vibe came from. But there was no indication. At least, until he spotted a pale golden haired figure dressed in a navy blue uniform with golden linings Haguma had never seen before. It gives off the vibe of a private academy, though. The figure was walking casually with his hands in his pocket. Determined that he was what gave Haguma the strange feeling, Haguma ran to chase after the long haired boy and caught him by the arm.
“Wait!” Haguma called and turned so he could see his face. To Haguma’s surprise, the other boy stopped and smiled to him. “Congratulations.” The slightly shorter pale boy with azure eyes spoke with a sly smile.
