LIKE????? it’s gotta happen eventually valko is too much of a disaster to be on his own he needs someone to keep him from doing things that are too stupid and faylen/ovak/eryk aren’t gonna be around forever....it’s just a matter of whether or not it happens in canon or post canon....

and tbh i’d be v v happy to find out if merit got to smooch someone on the regular and i truly hope he finds a special someone, he’s such a cutie and he deserves a cutie of his own

anyways @gamgees it’s really what it says on the tin. you, the MC/protag/whatever you want to call yourself will meet three different plague doctors working in your ailing (vaguely italian renaissance inspired) city and you can choose which one u want to smooch while also uncovering some very deep dark secrets about them

also there’s a lot of elements to it because i’m me and i like playing around with magic

basically it’s like the arcana but with exclusively plague doctor romances

oh i love dialogue heavy scenes… why i usually do is i write out the dialogue first and then i go back and add in facial expression changes, internal monologue (depending on pov), and all that fun stuff… makes it way easier

yeah that's pretty much my approach to dialogue heavy scenes as well. i'll usually stick notes about movement or facial expression changes in brackets just to have as note to myself for when i go back and actually write all that

Ohh yoooo Grand Tourney sounds fun, but plot under the force of that, neat :‘0 Our own party is getting in gear as proper guild members w/not AS much happening… yet, but the last 2-3 sessions have been more around interpersonal things, be it the party or PCs to NPCs, so heh

Last Saturday, our cleric got into a verbal cat fight with her love interest’s ex-gf. And then our party’s dubbed “Ranger Boys” (my bow-toting warlock and our Actual ranger) went 0 to 100 /real/ fast. This isn’t including overarcing plot like the capital being destroyed and dragons going sickly Feral, lord knows what else

ooooohhh sounds dramatic! (both the interpersonal stuff and the plot) honestly the interpersonal stuff is one of my favorite things about dnd, even when the interactions are unpleasant. i love rp-ing so much

although last I read you have some seriously cool plot things happening, I’m just impatient and screaming because my character got with one of the other PCs and I’m tryna decide where all that’s gonna go

yeah there’s a lot going on and a lot of what i’m interested in seeing play out is happening just under the surface of the chaos of a Grand Tourney and idk how my dm is keeping track of everything but it’s super awesome!!!

but ahhh good luck with what’s going on in your campaign! I hope that things go well with your character and the other PC!
