HKAM day 16- Memory

Silksong act 3 deals with memory in such interesting ways. Its imperfect nature, how things that are important resonate differently, and there is a lot of space for interpretation. If I caught even an iota of that in this, it's a good day.

Deleted Heart Ripping Mechanic at the End of the Clover Dancers Battle

(Original video) It seems like we were originally able to rip out the hearts of bosses (Kamelita, King Khann and Nyleth); this includes being able to rip the Green Prince's heart from him at the end of the Clover Dancers battle. The Conjoined Heart description actually says it's his heart, so it makes sense that were supposed to do it at the end of the battle to get it. That means…

SILKSONG LATE GAME SPOILERS the whole green prince questline made me so sad. the fact that you don't even find out what his partner looked like is painful. he doesn't even REMEMBER what his partner looked like. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I've never weeped so hard, this is the hardest this series has ever hit me. the needolin during the cogwork boss fight WHY TEAM CHERRY WHY. the fact that during the cogwork bossfight if one gets hit the other writhes in pain too. the fact that from what it looks like his partner gave up his life to have him saved. THE COMMUNITY NEEDS TO GET IN ON THE DOOMED YAOI AND MAKE FANART. I need to see them happy and ruling over verdania. team cherry you evil bastards FUCK

After a terrifying start to act 3, I decided I'd do some stuff on the Green Prince quest because I adore the Cogwork Dancers and the story behind them. Verdania has been giving me big feelings especially with the Green Prince dotted around talking about his life and his boyfriend and with the bench being in what Verdania looks like in Silksong for real... The land in the Prince's memories and even the enemies are all so beautiful that it brings me to tears!

I haven't reached Clover Dancers yet but I'm exctatic, so I HAD to draw these two incredible princes together. I literally came off the game earlier than I expected simply to get this drawn. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH SAJNJSHDFH
