Redwall Playlist: “She Wants Me Dead” by Cazzette
What’s a warlord to do when your kid has it out for you?
A merry Christmas from Kotir!
Verdauga seemed like a decent dad in the few interactions we see him have with his kids, I bet he would’ve given them presents he thought would help them become better warlords. Gingivere’s is probably a book on running a kingdom.
For day 5 of the Redwall advent calendar, a project organised by @redwallthoughts
Verdauga Greeneyes & Bella of Brockhall
Verdauga: Green eyes (lol), salt-and-pepper shoulder-length hair. Brown skin, thick, gnarly eyebrows. High cheekbones. Dresses in understated finery, always has on chain mail, looks very good in emerald green and knows it. Very white teeth. Intimidatingly tall, trim, muscular but hides it under chain mail and fine robes.
Bella: Dark brown skin and eyes. Long, flat nose, full lips. Very tall. Coarse black hair that is always, always up in a braided bun. Thick eyebrows. Wears a lot of green and embroidery; muscular and kind of lean for a badger (she’s a really, really strong runner and it shows).
Turn at the lowest stair, Right is the left down there, Every pace you must count, At ten times paws amount, See where a deathbird flies, Under the hunter's eyes, Radiant in splendor fair, Ever mine, hidden where? -Verdauga Greeneyes, The Long Patrol
