wrt lrb verity is one of my only wardens to survive post veilguard (blood mage + architect allied) but honestly the more i think about her relationship with leliana the more im like. there is absolutely no way they are still together by inquisition. firstly leliana’s faith has always been a source of conflict between the two of them (verity sold out jowan for the explicit purpose of catching lily in the crossfire, whose sole crime in her eyes was being allied with the chantry) but leliana’s comments about the mages in kirkwall would definitely make verity see red. at the very least they are incredibly strained by dai and leliana is holding on desperately to the hope that she can become divine and change the chantry enough for verity to finally come around and see the righteousness of her cause, which i think makes verity even angrier.
