The Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, Ruslan Stefanchuk, said this during a press conference with the President of the European Parliament, Roberta Mecola, in Brussels, Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Today, Nov. 28, 2023, we signed a very important memorandum that outlined the general framework for our cooperation. As part of this memorandum, a plan for its implementation will be adopted,” Stefanchuk said.
