Join Judy this Sunday, July 19th for a feast and learn how to make pizza and kabobs!

This is a hands-on class (or demonstration depending on what you'd like) making a meal to celebrate summer! In this class, we will be baking pizza and grilling beef kabobs and vegetables together in our beautiful Tuscan wood-fired oven. 

Menu

Starters 

Fresh vegetable platter with hummus and roasted red pepper aioli 

 Salad 

Arugula salad with pine nuts, lemon zest, shaved reggiano parmigiano 

Mains from the Pizza Oven (this is where you'll be hands-on with the cooking!) 

3 cheese pizza (Mozzarella, Fontina, Gorgonzola) with leeks and walnuts 

Grilled beef kabobs and vegetables with chimichurii sauce 

 Dessert 

Coconut Snowballs 

After all this, have lunch in a beautiful backyard with rose gardens, grape arbors, and a koi pond with waterfall!
