So a guy named Cody Fern does play Madsen. I found out from an interview he gave on a website called anthemmagazine. He doesn't reveal who he plays but says it's a significant role. It is the guy questioning why Andrew can't stop lying in the trailer.

I just found on instantaneous someone from production. Their username is planinterp. One photo has a sign with the characters "Jeff", "Flicks Bartender" and "David". Finn is with the name Jeff and Cody is with David. Some actor named Cody is playing David Madson.
Great sleuthing! If you google ‘Cody’ and actor - there are a couple who could fit the age group/bill. One guy from Teen Wolf, and another from Desperate Housewives - but anyone’s guess is as good as mine. i have no idea.
