Well that was a chore and a half, but totally worth it. The fairy/mermaid costumes needed a little something extra to finish them out, and we landed on this tulle idea at rehearsal last week and it did the job nicely. The colors just needed to be muted, and now they are! Nice cohesive set of black, white, blues, and pink/purple tulle pieces.
