Ingredients: 1 box cake mix any flavor. 2 large eggs. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 1/2 cup mix-ins chocolate chips, nuts, etc..
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put the eggs, vegetable oil, and cake mix in a bowl and mix them together. Mix until everything is well mixed and a dough forms. You can add chocolate chips, nuts, or any other mix-ins you like to the cookie dough. Drop tablespoon-sized chunks of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a couple of inches between each one. You can use a spoon or a cookie scoop for this. Put the cookies in an oven that has already been heated for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. Take the baking sheet out of the oven and put the cookies on it to cool for a few minutes. Then move the cookies to a wire rack to finish cooling. The cookies are ready to be eaten once they are completely cool.
