"the crickets are too loud tonight..." someone couldn't sleep for the life of him, so he would get up out of bed and go for a run or something. maybe if he exhausted himself enough, he'd fall asleep.

it's way too quiet around here and that's starting to freak him out a little bit. zenitsu patted his ears a little, making sure that they were still even working as he snapped his fingers next to them.

"you can have some if you want," he would push over some of the eel sushi that he had made for himself. he wasn't about to let the other go hungry, knowing how hunger felt first hand.
"will you just let me catch you already?!" he was screaming at a fish that he had caught on his pole, pulling on the stick with all his might, getting frustrated by how bad the creature was fighting him.
