Keisuke looked at his twin before him. The younger man looked nervous, unsure of himself, shy even. He held his own helmet over his left eye in an attempt to shield himself. The agent of G.O.D. near found the other, dare he say, cute?
A thought he wouldn’t have believed to have had toward anyone, let alone an exact copy of himself. Well, not an exact copy, of course. They had their clear differences just in how they held themselves. “You’re not from around here,” he observed, offering his hand to the other. “I’d be more than willing to show you around.”
He gave him a charming smile, an attempt to disarm the other Keisuke. Let him know he’s in good company with himself, after all. “Perhaps we could start with getting a cup of coffee? I know a good café around here, after all.”
「 It was hard to believe he had accidentally ran across another version of himself. A version of himself who wasn’t scared by his own shadow, so to speak. This other him held himself so proudly and without fear. Hell, he seemed quite sure of himself and invested in the things he did with a type of feel that showed he wouldn’t let anyone stand in his way. It was easy to find it sort of relaxing.
Relaxing as it was, the offer of the hand made Keisuke pop back a bit away from it, as if he was expected to be attacked instead of offered a gentle hand to hold.
“I, am not, that is correct...”
It was a short comment and not much was added beyond it. Even as he spoke it the words seemed to be taken away by the wind. His voice lost and silent.
Sleeve pulled down over his hand, the young man laid it in the palm of the other as his silent agreement to this coffee. Too scared to tell him of his physical position, he simply kept the helmet over his eye as he stared at their hands with the other. 」
