Teal eyes scanned the unfamiliar horizon, taking in the surrounding area. So this was the surface world? At least, it seemed to be part of the world below; there was certainly civilization here, but not exactly as he was used to. If anything, it was more similar to the Naga empire’s land than the green fields of Garuda, but it felt a bit more clean than the smoky cities there. 

He wasn’t sure how well he would be received here, so Rodea decided it would be best to keep himself toward the outskirts of this place. The more problems he causes, the less of a chance he had to learn more before having to return: after all, it was his idea to explore out here. Shifting his weight, he began walking, trying not to catch any eyes as he went down the street.

       「Cities were usually known for being more        quiet when it came to things other than the        usual movement from place to place for the        busy people inside it. But this one was a lot        more quiet because of it’s smaller size and        more relaxed inhabitants. After all, for this        place, no one was ever targeted here. The        place was calm and unaware of the fighting        that happened in the shadows of many other similar locations.

       Seeing the place calm and quiet made the        cyborg rest his face in a gentle smile as he        took in the rest of the moment. To protect the        peaceful calmness of the world, like this city,        was what kept him going even when he felt it        was time to rest.

                       “Hmm?”

       Walking the streets Keisuke happened to        notice the almost nervous like gate of a young        looking child. For some reason he seemed to        avoid eye contact. Was everything okay for the child?

       Putting his hands in a gentle fist he thought        over his situation. Should he approach? What        if the child needed help? It took only to think        of the child in distress that relaxed his tense        hands and he approached the young one with a        calm and gentle smile.

                       “Hello. Are you doing alright? Do you need any help?”

       He felt his question might have been a bit        direct, but that was how he was with children        sometimes, wasn’t it? Be direct to let them        know they have the right to speak. But who        was this unique looking person?」

          「“I think I felt something said about me that I should           be ashamed just was muttered. Maybe I should spend some           time and talk to my senior for advice.

          Otherwise I think I want to punch someone to defend           myself and my life.”」

~Trying to push myself so fast isn’t being such a good idea.

Since the holidays are here anyway I’m going to try to get better by Monday.

If my sickness continues to keep me going between a slight recovery and bedridden I’ll simply respond to posts very slowly whenever I feel able. I really want to role play and I don’t want my sickness to keep me from having fun.

Sorry that my healthy isn’t very good. I don’t mean to be so unhealthy.

~I’m finally starting to get over my illness. I think I might take a few more days from tumblr to make sure I don’t get worse again, but if my recovery stays like this I should be good to return some time this week!

~Sorry for the lack of activity! I actually am pretty bed ridden from a sickness. It’s hard to eat some times and, unbeknownst to my roommate, I throw up a lot too. Not to mention I seem to have electric shocks at random which makes moving a chore.

Hopefully I get better soon, but I haven’t shown much improvement in days.

     It wasn’t long after he sat down at one of the tables that the door to the café opened once more. Whatever served as his heart these days could’ve stopped in his shock. It was himself that walked through the entrance. Or, rather, this world’s Keisuke Jin.

The kaizorg immediately ducked his head, focusing mainly on his hands on the table. He hoped the styling he did to his hair would be flexible enough to fall over his face. Make himself appear less conspicuous. He wasn’t Keisuke Jin at the moment. He was someone completely different.

He wasn’t expecting to already see himself so soon.

                       「“If I do scare them off, it won’t be the first time!”

       Tachibana’s words were proud even as he        grinned at his own experience with the four        Riders that would have came before him, if he        was good anyway. Pointing at the paper again        with his pipe the man continued to speak for a        few moments before he was interrupted by        the guest of his café asking him for it.

                       “I’ll tell you something Keisuke: there’s                        something serious going on around Japan and                        I’ll keep working hard to get to the bottom of it— eh?”

       Looking up and down his guest he almost        forgotten was in there. ( With how few guests        actually entered the place it wouldn’t be a        surprise to forget you actually had one. ) He        took a moment to breath in on his pipe before        responding. A hand carefully set itself upon        the newspaper in question. Raising it, the old        man looked between him and the paper as if        he doubted it would even be possible to miss        the events. No matter how out of the loop you were.

                       “Eh, are you sure you haven’t heard about this                        before? It’s been all over the news! The                        papers, radio, even the television said                        something about it. You really must be out of                        the loop there kid to miss all that.”

       Upon those words he handed the paper to the        stranger before his attention was brought over to his student.

       Holding the coffee up close to his nose,        Keisuke smelt the coffee and relaxed with it’s        scent. His eyes barely open as he tried to        enjoy it. Sure, he had important things to do        right now in the thought that this other him        was right now trying to figure out everything        that was happening and was getting too close        to him for his paranoia to handle. But there        was something more important he had to do        for the moment. That was to try to relax and        keep calm. He needed to keep calm. He        needed to keep calm—

                       “Oi, Keisuke. Oi!”

       Jumping up from his dazed state, Keisuke        spit some of the coffee on himself and the        other Keisuke that was next to him. Hot,        steamy coffee now dripping from his shirt, all        Keisuke could do was try to stand up and wipe        it off. Nervous as could be as he finally        realized the reason for Tachibana’s sudden        break of his day dreaming.

       During his calming moments a couple folks        came into the café. One was an man in a white        suit, the other was a young girl. Both were not        seeming too happy. The man was trying to ask        Tachibana if he had any juice for the kid.        Saying something about her having gone        through some trauma and needed to try to        relax before going to the hospital for a        checkup. Tachibana, knowing of Keisuke’s        medical experience, was trying to get his        attention to make sure the girl didn’t have any        major injuries that might get worse on the        rest of the walk to the hospital.

                       “I, uh, T-Tachibana do you want me to look her over?”

                       “You’re a doctor, aren’t you? Even if she’s                        going to a hospital, it wouldn’t hurt to give                        her a little check for the road.”

       Feeling defeated, Keisuke couldn’t help but        agree to the old man’s words as he went over        to the girl to give her a small examination to        check for major damage to bones or muscles.        All while Tachibana happily made a nice cup        of juice for the girl as the man requested.

                       “Here you are.”

                       “I didn’t expect there to be a doctor hanging                        around a place like this. I guess it’s good luck                        we passed by. She won’t have any damage                        from walking will she?”

       Whomever the white suited man was ( who        still seemed pretty grumpy, but at least he        talked kindly ), he at least was trying to take        good care of the child?」

He didn’tmind the older male marveled by his motorcycle because it was a normal reactionfrom most of the citizens of Fuuto and those who were visiting for the firsttime. “That’s right. A private detective needs speed and versatility for anytype of work so this bike has both.” He grinned slightly, raising a brow by theother’s sudden cough. His black eyes fixed on the male with a rather seriousstare before turning to his usual cheerful expression.

“KeisunJike. What a strange name, hope you don’t feel offended.” Shotaro said smilinglightly. He felt he was omitting certain things, like his name. Obviously itwas a fake name but he didn’t understand the reason why. It was better to keepthings as it were. He would learn the reason later. “So what brings you toFuuto, Mr. Jike?”

       「Well that’s a relief, the young man seemed        to accept his weird name. Though part of        Keisuke doubted he really did since he was a        detective, he was going to take what he could        get. He at least wanted to prepare for the to-        come reaction over his Kamen Rider status.

                       “Oh, don’t worry about that. I suppose it                        really is a pretty strange one.”

       What a pathetic trick. He felt a bit        embarrassed. He never was the one good at        acting. He sure could do the make up, the        voice changing, but the acting? It always got        him found out so fast back when he used it to fight G.O.D.

                       “Ah, I was just passing through Japan for a                        little cross country trip and thought I’d pass                        through this city I heard about from a friend.                        He said it was worth passing through if I ever got the chance.”

       At least that part wasn’t a lie. Hongou did say        it was a beautiful and interesting city scape. A        relaxing stop from our fighting troubles in the        other parts of the world.」

I want them to argue. I want them to be sad. I want them to worry. I want there to be tension. Because that’s what a relationship is. They can love each other, but that doesn’t mean they get along or are happy all the time. It’s perfectly normal for people to be sad and worried or fight. Them being happy and loving all the time just doesn’t feel right to me.
