No worries, luckily this is a really easy thing to grab (sorry I kept you waiting, I was legitimately just too busy to even open the files, but this took like five seconds to find once I had the time to load them, heh)! Here you go:
One other thing I found while digging up the weapon preview: Ann's All Out Attack finishing touch parts! Sure enough, it wasn't named with her usual name, and they misspelled the word they use for AOA stuff, which explains why I couldn't find them, heh.

Synopsis for the rest of the event's plot: "After successfully resolving the ghost incident at Shirosato Beach and reviving the Chigusa Beach Hut, the protagonist and friends received Mr. Isomura's thank-you gift: free use of his yacht. However, just as everyone prepares to head out to see and enjoy the beautiful summer, an ancient legend about a shark curse quietly spreads among the locals. Sharks slip through shark nets, tourists fall into comas, and the Chamber of Commerce remains silent... Ominous clouds once again loom over Shirosato Beach, and it seems something strange is about to happen..."
The shark shadow boss will be earnable as a Persona through this event!
As previously mentioned, this part of the summer event includes a fishing minigame. More shops, and Miyu as a worker, will be added to the beach hut management minigame as well
More information about the shark shadow boss, whose name might be something like "Sabijigami"?: "Shirosato Beach is mired in an ancient shark curse. Born from humanity's subconscious fear of sharks, a terrifying giant shark monster, Sabijigami, has materialized in the Metaverse. It wreaks havoc on the Metaverse's shores. Gather your allies, defeat this unleashed calamity, and restore peace to the real world!"
New Akihabara gachapon set that appears to be the maids from a previous set at the beach; it says they'll be available for a "limited time", but doesn't clarify how long

Ayaka and Miyu are being added to Tycoon, as well as card skins for Puppet, Marian, and Merope (the text says Miyu Sahara, but the graphic shows Bui- I think that's an error, as that Bui card skin is already in the game?)
Kumi Katayama's Confidant will be added early, like Ichigo's was before, on August 25th, a little over a week before Version 4.4.1. A sneak peek: "I'm feeling a bit sleepy in class, how about taking a nap? No, wait, why is my back suddenly getting cold...? I met that sharp gaze, and for a moment, I actually saw "her" in a completely different form- her special attack uniform is so cool! As expected of one of the Four Heavenly Kings?!"
