I’ve been selling my furniture on CL and my check is that I only give addresses when a date/time is confirmed. I also make sure at least one other person knows they’re coming (if my friend can’t be here with me to meet them.) It’s worked out well.

Alas, my only friend here is out of town, so I have seriously no one to be here or to know when someone is coming, which is what’s making me feel so weird!

My temporary solution for this one case is I googled this one girl and I think she’s a student at the university I worked at - I asked her to send me an email from her university email address and gave her mine.  Probably I’m coming across as a paranoid freakshow, but even though this girl seems fine I got an email the other night which struck me as really sketchy and I’m not used to rural niceness and trust.

I have such mixed feelings about the TV version of White Canary. On one hand, I'm totally stoked about the return of Sara Lance. On the other hand, way to whitewash Arrow. :((( (I'm still totally gonna watch Legends of Tomorrow because THAT CAST. (I will never be over Dominic Purcell. This is just a fact of life I've had to live with since John Doe was cancelled.))

I gotta admit a Dresden role reversal AU -- particularly a well-thought out one -- could be amazing, both for Harry/Marcone AND Harry/Murphy, which are kinda my OTPs for that series.

I am going to run and hide now. One long, plotty Dresden AU is enough. *shrieks and runs*
