Working on getting faster, more explosive and increasing my vertical leap. This exercise is called the “Dynamic Split Stick Lateral Drill”. Perform 3 sets of 7 reps. Remember to stick the landing for 2 seconds (2 count) and then explode off one leg toward the opposite direction. Pro Tip: Stay low to the ground hands in a sprinters stance, explode off the ball of your foot and push your arms out to help you explode harder and farther. . . .
