You’re unmatched work ethic, passion for the game and wisdom of the “Mamba” mentality that it takes to be great is something we will all never forget. Remember to stick the landing for 2 seconds (2 count) and then explode off one leg toward the opposite direction. Pro Tip: Stay low to the ground hands in a sprinters stance, explode off the ball of your foot and push your arms out to help you explode harder and farther. . . . Try this challenging dynamic resistance band workout for your next intense workout. It’s different than your normal squats workouts however you will feel the burn and tension in your legs that you don’t normally feel. Challenge yourself! Push yourself! Get out of your comfort zone!
