i am the sole practicioner of a writing style that i call "mindbomberguy". When i am writing academically, i read back my writing in my best hbomberguy impression, and if it dosent sound like something that he would say, i rephrase it until i can read it in his voice. This has helped me immensly and i have received exactly one (1) compliment on a peice of writing written this way. My mother is Very proud

I have lots of opinions about FMA 03 (specifically it's handling of rose) and it makes me feel like this

I'm gonna glaze Araki til i DIE: Stands are one of, if not THE, most unique powers in fiction.

I've been rewatching Jojo's from the beginning with my partner. we just finished Part 2 last night, and we're gonna start part 3 sometime soon. It's just got me thinking about how influential parts 1 & 2 were on the battle shonen genre and how different the subsequent parts are. The pivot from Hamon stands was/is WILD, but the new system really stands proud (hah) of other shonen power/energy/battle.

TL;DR Stands ROCK. Araki ROCKS. I LOVE JJBA
