What do you consider youre safe, quiet, kind memory or safe place to turn to?

being at my grandparents house often as a kid like just me and them. i’d play video games by myself in other room and sometimes hang out with my lola in her room or i’d watch movies with my lolo. it was just very low pressure like ive always felt anxious to perform socially my entire life and i felt like i didn’t have to do that there i could just be myself. also this is so nice why are you asking this also everyone else must go think of theirs now thank you
