my random burst of free will today was able to piece together a timeline of Nikeya's departure from Antuma up until her arrival in Mayupora. It's turning out to look like a travel touching on the last days of Autumn till the beginning of Spring.

I think I can complete this...itinerary. I'm satisfied so far with the details I've come up with... but I don't think I could write it as a fic because:

although canon, i cannot convince myself of a universe where Nikeya is a successful adventurer during winter on a land ravaged by wyrms

I cannot, for the life of me, decide on the tone too. i'm tempted to put a comedic spin on it: a muddy, elegant courtier who kept wishing to the gods, 'please don't let me die today'. i'm not sure if i can keep at it? it's a skill issue lol
