…I’m so damn lonely right now (and for about three months now, actually). In a specific romantic sense. I want someone to cuddle with and someone to cook me dinner and I want to lie on their lap and watch the shows they like and I just want a romantic relationship. I want someone close enough to touch.

Budapest: What tattoo do you want?

I don’t know. I can think of things I would like, but not anything enough for a tattoo, I think. But if I had to get one tomorrow, it would be part of “some say an army of horse” by Sappho, probably in the Greek. Not sure which part.

Oh, I saw a really great tattoo of quotation marks on someone’s shoulder blades once. That would be nice.

Kalinda/Alicia, at a firing range?

Kalinda is suddenly grateful they have the range to themselves because fuck if seeing Alicia holding the Glock isn’t doing things to her.

Alicia smiles back at her, nervous, excited, and Kalinda moves closer, her hands going right to the hem of the red dress, the one Alicia damn well knows drives her crazy. Her fingertips graze the skin of Alicia’s thighs.

“I have a feeling you’re really going to enjoy this,” Kalinda says, her lips at Alicia’s neck.

Alicia tilts her head, giving a throaty laugh. “I have a feeling you’re right.”

It’s okay. I really don’t think she could have read the piece very well, given how I differentiate between mass media discourse and what the fans say themselves (which echoes what she says about the fandom, actually). She just sees ‘Korean Wave’ and ‘Sherlock’ put together in the same piece and starts making assumptions about the rest. But she does make a good point, however inadvertently, about needing to contextualize this more, so I’m just taking the good of the thing and jettisoning the rest. :)
