I collaborated with friend/customer to turn his Grizzly Sliding table saw into a complete saw station with router table. There is downdraft dust control on the work table which has the 20mm holes for Festool work holding clamps. We even added a Roubo vise. There are many more pics at the link below and a complete build video series will be ready soon.

My table saw rebuild is almost done. I acquired a precision 3'x6' cast iron machinist table top (1500lbs) that is just as flat as flat can be. I welded up a new steel table base with 6 leveling feet to accommodate my out of level shop floor. I also welded a new level platform for my the saw cabinet. The grey outfeed table has 20mm holes for Festool clamps which also double as downdraft holes for the dust collected venturi below. I will drop a router lift into the top later. I am especially happy with the Roubo vise design. The red star nut can be spun with my foot on the Acme rod. By adjusting this nut this negates the need for the locking pin of other Roubo designs to stop the bottom from kicking in under load. There will be a complete video series coming that will cover all the welding, metal work, Roubo design and fabrication, outfeed framework perforated top with venturi, drawer making.
I just posted a series on building a large capacity style of Moxon vise I recently designed. There will be fully complete white oak Moxons, hardware kits and complete plans for this design available. I turned three hand plane knobs for a small batch of chisel planes my friends are making. This is lyptus hand turned on my lathe held in a 4-jaw chuck. I did the drilling and countersinking with a Jacobs chuck mounted in a Morse taper in the lathe tail stock. I don't turn much wood anymore so this was fun. And all my knuckles survived the 4-jaw chuck with only minor damage.

I was making a shorty Biesemeyer guide rail for my business partner's new 1979 Powermatic bandsaw. The Milwaukee Portaband is an amazing machine to cut steel accurately and safely.
This is the new VerySuperCool Tools Euro adjustable throat t-square for format sliding table saws. You can see I do not have a Euro style saw, but for demo purposes I clamped a blade at the far left edge of the cast iron top between my sliding table to simulate the Euro configuration. This new fence allows for full movement to blade without interfering with sliding table. This fence will now allow all those people who are fed up with their stock round rail fences to now switch to a Biesemeyer style rail that can easily be fabricated in either SAE or metric steel depending on availability. Day 84/365: Now that is what I call a bandsaw! This is a VerySuperCool Tools t-square fence and custom guide rail just installed on a large capacity metal cutting bandsaw. The small extrusion as a fence is just a placeholder until they decide which heavier profile to install. If they like their new fence system as much as we are sure they will, there will about 7 more of these setups this large aluminum fabricating facility will need. They manufacture industrial scale heat exchangers for natural gas liquification. I missed posting my picture of the day. The pictures really help me recall events and keep track of what I worked on. I am back on the program.
Day 50/365 2013: I am making 12 prototype auxiliary fences that connect to the aluminum extrusion of the VerySuperCool Tools table saw fence. Not a scrap of laminate in my shop was spared. Here Papi is helping me do the final pressure rolling. He was watching me very closely because this just seemed odd to the little guy. He seemed very concerned about me. I enjoyed his help.
