I think kris is non-verbal so when they were in elementary school toriel hosted lessons for sign language for everyone in town. she wasn't super knowledgeable about it herself so she learned alongside her students. now everyone in town can understand at least a little sign language. otherwise when kris needs to speak they just type into their phone or write it down. the darkners all understand sign language bc they were designed to help lightners and kris is a lightner.

a little update on ME!!! since I haven’t regularly posted here in months:

- I am moving out of California next month - I have turned into a weird internet depressive & I kinda want to go live in the woods - Regardless, I still want to start a family, in that slim chance things do get better - I gave up on the animation/film industry - I’m still really cool
