fell for a scam a few months back, and the despicable prick is back at it.

@wanderleivanderlei is just about certainly a phishing account, and if you get an ask from them or anyone claiming a similar fundraiser to "my pet is injured here's shit to prove my vet is real please help me", do not fall for it. if you're actually dealing with a crisis with your pet; sorry, but the scams are too bad here for it to be worth putting up a fundraiser here.

whoever keeps running these, i'm sure they're working on a tenth circle in hell just for you; go fuck yourself.

My cat is in need of urgent care so I’m trying to raise some funds for his upcoming vet care visit, I made a post about it and I pinned it on my blog, hoping that you’d be so kind to help me spread the word, please as every bit of help can get him one step closer to relief. I would truly appreciate it and i pray that all goes well on your end, too! stay safe! By the way, if its possible, try to answer this ask in private or mesage me if fine, reason is that, people might think I "pressured" you to do so, as some people can be weird about these things. Explanation as to why under the cut

anyone telling you to answer something like this in private is trying to scam you, full stop.

Additionally in their donation post on their profile they want you to donate via friends and family

Doing this prevents you from being able to be refunded

also when putting the message back into tumblr you come up with some similar looking posts with a different cat

used the same emojis and everything

I'm making this post because after like 5 minutes of googling i found a gofundme with a chunk of donations

I don't want anyone else to fall for this

Report and block them and be careful with donation asks and posts
