How to not fuck up your resume
Fucking proofread it for God sake; I should not be seeing "bank of america", "[Town], [Town], [town] [Town] and [Town]" or gratuitous misspellings.
Don't misspell any part of the phrase "attention to detail".
Don't list your "Kills" if you aren't applying for being an assassin or something.
It should only be in one language unless you are applying to be a translator or otherwise for a job where being multilingual is a requirement or plus. If you are applying to work in English, there should not be a "Educación y formación" heading because that doesn't make employers feel confident in your English language abilities.
Don't use an email that makes it obvious that you are a furry. "Husky" and "wolf" should not be part of your professional email address if you aren't a professional dog handler or something like that.
Don't use "daddy" as part of your email either, no matter how much you love your kids.
Don't use "[email protected]" or "[email protected]" either. Or anything with 88 or 69 or 420 in it, IDGAF if you were born or graduated in 1988 or 1969 or live at 420 Main Street, just don't. Maaaaybe you could get away with 420 if you are applying at a dispensary.
If you are searching for your first civilian job out of the military, pay attention to the fucking seminar on the topic the military gives you and have a civilian read your resume so it's not packed full of military jargon and stuff civilians don't care about, or stuff that other ex military folks are going to roll their eyes at.
I didn't need to know that you are the second of seven children. I don't want to know your religion or political views. I want to know your availability, your relevant experience, that you can fill out a form correctly, write or get written a resume without gratuitous grammatical or spelling errors, and haven't waved any red flags yet.
