Vex wings in progress. Need to wire up the centre wing bones so they don’t flop around lol, then I want to do layers of tissue paper to make them look fleshier and more raggedy.

Vexbuds AU continued

It started when Cub was experimenting with Flux being a scientist and all. Scar inevitably gets it because he’s just a lil clumsy Cub feels terrible about this and so begins like ? years of searching for for a way to heal his best friend.

Lalna and Nano fair better but in my au long time Vex magic use causes irreversible damage, so like their backs where the wings sprout have blue lightning scars. See image above ⬆️

Since Lalna and Cub mirror each other in this Au He is the one to find the masks and Nano just asks if she can have one ^^

Alright that’s enough for tonight. Been on my feet too much today. Still got some smol patches to fill in but I’ll do them later. I have more layers to add so they’ll be covered up eventually.

Vex wings progress update no. 2! First pass of the tissue paper on one side is done! Gonna let it dry then work on the other side.

There’ll be other layers and some other colours I’m going to add but this is going to be the base layer. Not sure what to do with the spikes so I’m leaving those blank for now.
